Winged sun necklace IVby ~IMNIUM

Artisan Crafts / Jewelry / Necklaces & Pendants

It is loosely based on the theory that our solar system is in fact a binary star solar system.
Meaning there's another sun out there, smaller than the one we see every day
Some theorize it's outer layer is vaporizing and making it look like it has wings

Width (central part): 102mm (4")
Overall length (central part+chain+clasp): 40cm (16") - if length is an issue let me know and we'll work something out

Gemstones:
- 1 beautiful, shiny, green-yellow labradorite
- 2 round faceted 6mm labradorite beads

oh and there i am, thinking that this looks egyptian. silly me.

but really, it reminds me a bit of a scarab, the beautiful opalescent gem and the spread wings.
i´m a sucker for simple symmetric designs, so naturally i´m into this one!

i don´t know what critic to give you, other than positive - this is just my thing and it looks very harmonic, the color and texture of the gem with the facetted graphical design of the silver thread in various thicknesses.
