Rainforest 01

a necklace made of chains (lots and lots of them ), turquoise, swarovski crystals (olive) and czech round copper beads

it took me quite some time to make it because i wrapped the swarovskis/beads onto the chain links with 0,3 olive artistic wire (you can see them here). and the turquoise part was no picnic either

it is messy on purpose. it represents the rainforest, its mossy, humid texture, some chains just hang down and some are draped (like those tarzan thingies in the rainforest). the chains are matte olive green so i used some swarovskis/beads to add a bit of glitter (rainforests are mostly wet... )

metal represents trees and stone represents water...
